 Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane

$60 Flat rate on a single Furniture Item over $300.

Please contact us on 02 9634 1425 for a quote if you live outside a Metro Area or to get a quote on anitem under $300 value.
 

Sydney Deliveries

Delivery of any Furniture item to any suburb in Sydney metro is only $60, additional items are $20 each. Most deliveries take place between 7 to 12 working days of placing your order. Newcastle, Wollongong and central coast deliveries cost $90 with additional items $30 each, and are delivered within 10-15 days. You will be notified of your delivery date by our delivery team once your order is ready to be dispatched. Our delivery team will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery date and time that suits you best. Deliveries are normally Monday-Friday, however we may be able to organise Saturday delivery in some circumstances

    

Melbourne and Brisbane Deliveries

Delivery of any Furniture item to any suburb in Melbourne or Brisbane metro is only $80, additional items are $15 each. Most deliveries take place between 7 to 14 working days of placing your order. You will be notified of your delivery date by our delivery team once your order is ready to be dispatched. Our delivery team will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery date and time that suits you best. Deliveries are available Monday-Friday.

 

Perth and Adelaide Deliveries

Delivery of any Furniture item to any suburb in Perth or Adelaide metro is only $120, additional items are $40 each. Most deliveries take place between 7 to 14 working days of placing your order. You will be notified of your delivery date by our delivery team once your order is ready to be dispatched. Our delivery team will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery date and time that suits you best. Deliveries are Monday-Friday.

Delivery of most orders 5-10 days

Heavenly Interiors are usually able to deliver most orders within 5-10 working days of recieving your payment. Delivery to regional areas may take longer and postal items are delivered within 7-10 days of your payment. On receipt of your order, we will contact you to schedule a delivery day.

 

Can I collect my order?

Yes, by arrangement prior, you can collect your order from our showroom/warehouse at Castle Hill Sydney.

 

Which days of the week do you deliver?

We deliver Monday - Friday and by special arrangement in some locations, evenings and Saturday.

 

Will you assemble or unpack my order?

In some areas and in some circumstances we can arrange unpacking at a small additional cost. Assembly is usually minimal, but we can often assist here also. Please phone 02 9634 1425 to find out if this service is available in your area.

 

Will you remove my old Furniture?

In some areas and in some circumstances we can arrange to remove your old furniture at an additional cost. If you live outside Sydney please phone 02 9634 1425 to find out if this service is available in your area.

 

What happens if my goods are damaged on delivery?

In the unlikely event that an item is found to be damaged or on receipt, please contact us on 02 96341425 within 24 hours. We will replace any item that is found to be defective at the time of delivery. Normal Manufacturer warranty terms and conditions apply following delivery. As warranties vary from item to item, please ask us if require any specific information relating to warranty. We also offer an Extended "Accidental Damage" cover at additional cost.
