Delivery of most orders 5-10 days
Heavenly Interiors are usually able to deliver most orders within 5-10 working days of recieving your payment. Delivery to regional areas may take longer and postal items are delivered within 7-10 days of your payment. On receipt of your order, we will contact you to schedule a delivery day.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, by arrangement prior, you can collect your order from our showroom/warehouse at Castle Hill Sydney.
Which days of the week do you deliver?
We deliver Monday - Friday and by special arrangement in some locations, evenings and Saturday.
Will you assemble or unpack my order?
In some areas and in some circumstances we can arrange unpacking at a small additional cost. Assembly is usually minimal, but we can often assist here also. Please phone 02 9634 1425 to find out if this service is available in your area.
Will you remove my old Furniture?
In some areas and in some circumstances we can arrange to remove your old furniture at an additional cost. If you live outside Sydney please phone 02 9634 1425 to find out if this service is available in your area.
What happens if my goods are damaged on delivery?
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be damaged or on receipt, please contact us on 02 96341425 within 24 hours. We will replace any item that is found to be defective at the time of delivery. Normal Manufacturer warranty terms and conditions apply following delivery. As warranties vary from item to item, please ask us if require any specific information relating to warranty. We also offer an Extended "Accidental Damage" cover at additional cost.
