Send us your order by fax to (02) 9634 2965 anytime day or night.
What happens once I place an order?
After placing an order, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email containing your order number, items ordered, the total of your order and your delivery details. If you have paid in full this email is your receipt. For orders not paid by credit card the order is not complete until payment is received. Once your order is complete we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery.
How can I check on the progress of my order?
You can track the status of your order by emailing us at sales@heavenlyinteriors.com.au or calling us on 02 9634 1425 or by logging into the "My Account"section at the top of our website.
Can I order from a real person, rather than online?
Yes, you can call one of our Design consultants on 02 9634 1425. Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm AEST. Our Design consultants are ready to discuss your needs over the phone or leave a message anytime and we will return your call.
In the unlikely event that I cannot find a particular item on your web site - can you obtain this for me?
Should you not be able to find what you are looking for on our Web Site, we will make every effort to try obtain a particular item for you. Simply call us on 02 9634 1425 Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm AEST and one of our Design consultants will assist you. Alternatively send us an email with the details of the item you require.
I am experiencing technical difficulties placing an order. Is there someone I can talk to for assistance?
