Gift Voucher Conditions:
- An initial purchase of $50 or more is required to qualify as a VIP.
- The Gift voucher will be emailed to you on completion of the registration process but may take up to 24 hours to arrive in your in-box.
- Limit of one gift voucher per Customer.
- Can be used against the first purchase over $100.
- Cannot be combined with any other discount or special offer including VIP discount.
Reward Points:
- Reward points are calculated based on $1 for each $10 spent as a VIP after the initial VIP qualifying purchase.
- Transactions must be recorded as a registered VIP at time of purchase, where the transaction will be recorded against your account.
- Points will be awarded each December and June based on the VIP nett purchases from the previous 6 months.
- Points allocated in December will expire on the last day of the following May and points allocated in June will expire on the last day of the following November.
- VIP Points/$ can be used against a purchase of any non-reduced items if paying in full (Excludes Heating,reupholstery, French polishing and delivery charges) up to maximum of 20% of the purchase price.
- Special "Limited" VIP points may be allocated from time to time and will be issued on the same conditions but may have a
different expiry date.
- Points/$ awarded cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or reduction, including the VIP discount and/or Vouchers or special price reductions.
- Points/$ awarded cannot be used to make payments on items already on order or on Lay-by.
- Points/$ awarded cannot be used against sales that are exchanges or replacements of items previously purchased.
- Heavenly Interiors reserves the right to cancel points/$ and a VIP's status if it considers a VIP has breeched the spirit of the VIP programme.
Birthday Gift
When registering, please supply your birth day and month to receive an additional gift for you birthday. If for security reasons you do not wish to supply the correct year, please just select any year. We only use the day and month to know when to get in touch.
